"This was our first time staying at the hotel and we loved it. The room was clean and spacious. We have a mini fridge and microwave. The shower water pressure was good and hot. We liked the bar and restaurant in the hotel. The pool and hot tub was really nice. We will definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel to other people looking for a place in Traverse City."

View on Google"Overall great hotel, bed not very comfortable, hot tub and pool were great, lacked towels though. Fitness center had everything we needed. Away from downtown so not walkable but they provided a few shuttle if you don't want to drive. It's a tad pricy for the location and time of year."

Deb is absolutely wonderful and always goes above and beyond to ensure that family and business guests have a great experience. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the NMC campus and Reflect Bistro is one of the best restaurants in town!"
