About The Hotel

The Homewood Suites by Hilton at Washington Square, across from historic Union Station, is built for extended stays and comfort-focused business travelers. It offers a 4.5-star package across 359 reviews — full-kitchen all-suite rooms, free breakfast each morning, free parking, and a fitness center with an indoor pool — all in a walkable downtown setting. Guests consistently praise the rooms, cleanliness, and location, though an occasional service complaint has surfaced in recent reviews; the hotel’s extended-stay profile and slightly more intimate setting differentiate it from the busy Hilton downtown.

"Fantastic experience! Room was clean and spacious. Every employee was very nice and the front desk attendant gave us a great recommendation for a late night pizza spot that delivered. Great location for a short Uber ride to DCU and convenient parking lot. We had previously stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road and had a poor experience and were pleasantly surprised by Homewood. Hilton is our preferred hotel brand so I am happy we now have a spot in Worcester that we look forward to returning to."

"We have a child in college in Worcester, and come to town frequently to visit. This hotel is always our first choice when coming to the area, and has never disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The location is ideal for getting anywhere in the city."

"I've been here 3 weeks, it's been an adventure that is for sure. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in. I am here while my apartment is being worked on. I left a positive review initially, but then changed it. I had a couple of negative experiences but have learned that it really was at no fault of the hotel. I had been here 16 days, things were excellent until a guest from hell was put over me. The hotel did their part, but the guest continued to be thoughtless and obnoxious. I was miserable and exhausted from lack of sleep when I left an unkind review. They did end up moving me at my request, and things got better. I've learned that the staff has to have amazing people skills to deal with what they do, including dealing with people like me. The rooms are clean. The breakfast included is very good. The staff is very attentive and are available in person, over the phone or in chat on the app. I have high sensitivity and allergies. The staff stopped using the powder products in the hall for me after I suffered a migraine. That was so appreciated. The views that I've had are really nice, the neighborhood is close to public transportation and doesnt feel unsafe to me. At night especially, like everywhere you just use your common sense if you're going out. I have the dnd sign up always, remove it and call when I want housekeeping in. I leave them a note with what I want and no want done and a $10, she did an awesome job. None of my personal things were touched. Jacob, Shay (Shea?) and Thea are the friendliest staff that I've dealt with. I'm sure the others are nice too but these are the 3 I usually encounter when I need something. My room is huge and for the price, even full price, I think it's worth it. Thank you for everything."
