Extra kudos to the night time staff for trying to help me fix the drain plug(hint: take a wet facecloth, tied in a plastic bag and stuff it down the hole). Check my account on Monday, I had a 4.56 charge, supposedly a ‘safe’ charge, person had no idea why I would get that and told me they couldn’t do anything, to talk to the manager, no one on staff to help me handle this issue at 5:10pm Monday 9/22/25. Overall, things were ok, no extra oomph added to make it special"

Don't expect a 5 stars hotel stay but it was acceptable for somesone who doesn't stay at the hotel and use all it amenities. It is a good place for someone who just want to get some rest after a long day of driving. The best was that breakfast is included. There is a Starbucks just outside of the hotel as well. Staff were friendly to deal with. I will come back again."
