About The Hotel

The Hilton Garden Inn on Major Taylor Boulevard is the downtown choice for ballgame-goers and event attendees, sitting steps from Polar Park and the DCU Center in the heart of Worcester’s revitalized downtown. It delivers the reliable Hilton package — an indoor pool, a fitness center, an on-site restaurant, and updated rooms — all within walking distance of downtown dining, the museums, and Union Station. Guests give it a solid 4.0 across 1,133 reviews, praising the cleanliness and location, though the busy downtown setting and event-weekend rate surges are trade-offs for being in the heart of the action.

What Guests Are Saying

“Overall experience was great. Very clean, friendly staff. Pool was nice, my daughter and I loved the pool and hot tub. Very convenient being next to DCU Center for my daughter’s cheer competition. Only thing is the front desk staff should keep an eye out more for suspicious individuals. Had a group of 3 suspicious teens who didn’t fit in try to follow my daughter and I to our room. I notified staff and they were escorted out.” — Jillian F., 5 stars

"My stay at this hotel was very comfortable; it was quiet, clean, and offered many amenities. My only complaint is about the front desk staff; they didn't give me all the necessary information. I had to go up to my floor and then come back down with all my luggage because they didn't explain how to get to my room. Other than that, everything was great"

"I just had the most fantastic experience with one of your hotels employee's. Katlynn (hope I'm spelling this correctly) was incredibly professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. I was forced to move hotels due to a cleanliness issue and Katlynn was more than helpful making sure my stay with her would be stress free and perfect. Thank you VERY much for the peace of mind you have provided."

"Beautiful hotel, room was very comfortable. Right next to DCU was super convenient, parking across the street was a bit confusing. Only complaint was nothing close by for dinner, there's a Uno attached but it was out the door line, bar area was closed, people in it but fir some unknown reason they wouldn't let us in, imo if your staying at that hotel they should accommodate guests better."
