Courtyard by Marriott Woburn/Boston North
"A well-run Courtyard by Marriott Woburn Boston North in Unicorn Park with a bar and bistro, near I-93/I-95, about 10 miles north of Boston."
About The Hotel
The Courtyard by Marriott Woburn Boston North sits in Unicorn Park near the I-93/I-95 junction, a well-run business hotel with a bar and bistro, a fitness center, and conference facilities. Guests give it a 4.3 across six hundred seventy-five reviews and repeatedly praise the friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist with everything from bookings to special requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is genuinely central to Boston, the Route 128 corridor, and the North Shore, and the prices are reasonable for a Marriott property at the Boston edge. One notable complaint appears in the reviews regarding a booking-cancellation issue, so read carefully if you have specific reservation needs. No shared pool or hot tub is listed, so in-room jetted-tub rooms are a specific category to confirm at booking. For business travelers and Boston day-trippers, it is a practical, professional choice.
What Guests Are Saying
“For family reasons, we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Woburn three times recently. Yes - it is well-located near I-93 and I 95, clean, comfortable, with a good restaurant and bar but it’s the people who make it special. We were warmly welcomed by every member of the staff we met, but particularly want to thank Diana, Michelle, Kelly, Fouzia and Tasha for making it a place to which we returned and will again. Thank you for your kindness, attentiveness, and for making us feel as if we were with friends not strangers.” — Barbara L., 5 stars
“erik has so helpful and kind treated me and my whole team very well” — yaya G., 5 stars
“I had made my reservation for myself, my son, and my grandson two months in advance of a sporting event and the hotel overbooked and canceled my reservation the day of the event because I had paid with points.” — Ken S., 1 star

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Like Slipping into Fresh Underwear Right Out of the Dryer” Let me just say — I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels, and this place? Clean as a whistle at a dentist convention. Walking into the room, it smelled like fresh laundry and responsible decisions. The bathroom? Spotless. The floors? Not a mystery stain in sight. But the best part? THE BED. Getting into that bed was like putting on a warm, perfectly folded pair of underwear fresh out of the dryer — comforting, snug, and oddly spiritual. I didn’t just sleep — I floated into dreamland. Staff was friendly, the lobby was inviting, and everything felt just… easy. Honestly, I don’t know what magic the housekeeping team is working with, but they deserve a trophy and a raise. Highly recommend. 10/10 would climb back into that bed again."

View on Google"Great location in the Boston area, easy to get just about anywhere. Rooms were clean, staff was nice. The only strike against them was regular coffee was not in the room when we first arrived and the maid never left regular coffee when cleaning. But I went to the front desk and they handed it over no problem."
