“Our group (50 people) had an incredible weekend at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The staff was exceptional—every single person we encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to Amanda, who was amazing to work with and helped ensure everything ran smoothly. Our retreat required coordination, space, and flexibility, and the team delivered on all of it with ease and professionalism. The atmosphere made us feel right at home, which created the perfect environment for connection, rest, and a meaningful experience. Everything was well organized, and the staff checked in regularly without ever being intrusive. We are so grateful for the care and effort that went into making our stay special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel for group events, retreats, or even a personal getaway—and we’re already looking forward to hopefully returning in the future!” — Jackie W., 5 stars
“This was our fourth time staying at the Embassy Suites in Marlborough over the past five years, most recently while our hockey team was in town for a tournament. Once again, they did not disappoint. While the rooms haven’t been significantly updated since our first visit, they are still very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Everything in the room was in good working order. We did have a minor issue with the toilet, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed it right away. We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with a team. One morning we needed a cookie sheet, and the staff brought one up to our room promptly — no questions asked. That level of service goes a long way when managing a group. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding and makes mornings easy for large teams. There’s something for everyone, and it’s well organized even when busy. They also offer a team dinner option, which is a great solution if you’re looking for a simple, convenient group meal without having to coordinate transportation. If you’re bringing a hockey team to the area, this is absolutely the place to stay. We’ve consistently had a positive experience and will continue coming back.” — DJDaveS2009, 4 stars

What guests are saying about Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlbo.
"I travel more than 100 nights a year and spend some time in all of the major hotel brands. I typically avoid Embassy Suites as I find them to be rather tired, and certainly often times family focused (when I'm traveling for business). On a recent family focused trip, we stayed here and I've got to say, it was fantastic. This hotel is clean, well kept, and modern. There is ample parking. Access is easy. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel has a large bar/restaurant with decent hours. Five stars to the staff here. I'd absolutely stay here again in the future. Great work and a great representation of the Hilton brand."

View on Google"Over exceeded our expectations. The remodel of this hotel was nicely done. Our room (suite) was spacious and clean. We grabbed a quick late snack and drink at the restaurant and they had good menu choices. We had some yummy ahi. Breakfast in the morning was good and fresh. Well stocked. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your morning. Lots of Fresh made to order eggs. The gym was clean and had newer equipment. Wish we could of stayed longer."

View on Google"We stayed here for four nights. The room was very clean and spacious and the common areas were well maintained. It is located near lots of restaurants and store. We stay at Embassy Suites often and we look forward to the evening reception but just a heads up, due to Massachusetts law, they do not offer complimentary cocktails. This is not the fault of the hotel but I do feel they could've offered lower cost drinks from the bar to make up for this. The breakfast was good and we really appreciated the complimentary fountain soda that was offered for non coffee drinkers. It was super crowded but there is plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again as we are in the area very often."
