"A spotless, well-priced independent hotel with an on-site spa and indoor pool beneath Mount Tom, near the Volleyball Hall of Fame."
About The Hotel
The D Hotel Suites & Spa on Country Club Road is an independent, locally run New England hotel that punches well above its price. It pairs an on-site spa and an indoor pool with suites that guests repeatedly call spotless, plus a well-liked breakfast and warm, attentive service — the kind of combination that earns a 4.6 across nearly 1,400 reviews and a roster of monthly regulars. Set on the city’s edge beneath Mount Tom and just off I-91, it makes an easy base for the Volleyball Hall of Fame, the canal district, and the Springfield museums. A few reviewers note dated furnishings or minor upkeep, but cleanliness, value, and the spa carry the experience.

"Amazing experience again on our third trip. Staff is extremely friendly, David even got us plates and napkins for our pizza at midnight with delight! Can’t recommend this place more highly. Pool and hot tub indoors can’t be beat either. Pool could be a little warmer, but I can’t really complain. The restaurant next door is one of the best in the area and they are the ones that cook the free breakfast. Super win. TVs aren’t smart tvs though so bring a fire stick. They do have a good amount of channels though."

The breakfast and housekeeping crews were also friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."

Every employee we came in contact with was kind and courteous. We plan on making this our regular hotel when we head home to visit."
