Inn on the Square
"A 3.6-rated downtown Falmouth hotel with a pool near the village green, shops, and the Shining Sea Bikeway."
About The Hotel
The Inn on the Square sits in downtown Falmouth on North Main Street, putting you steps from the village green, shops, cafes, and the Shining Sea Bikeway. It holds a 3.6 across 1,002 reviews, with guests praising the walkable location and friendly staff but noting some inconsistencies in room condition and unexpected fees. The pool is a welcome amenity, and the downtown setting appeals to travelers prioritizing village access over beach immersion. Rooms are comfortable but not luxurious, and some guests report issues with maintenance and amenity clarity. Best for value-conscious travelers who want a central, walkable Falmouth base with a pool and easy ferry access.

What guests are saying about Inn on the Square.
"Lovely stay this weekend with my daughters. Received exceptional customer service from Allison who went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. This lodging is convenient to everything in Falmouth downtown /Woods Hole and all Upper Cape, yet in a serene, well-landscaped setting. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated Percy’s Diner being accessible from the lobby for breakfast. We’ll definitely stay again!"

View on Google"Such a charming hotel in an excellent location! We stayed for 3 days and loved having shops right across the street. There’s a great coffee spot and a bike rental shop nearby, plus it’s right next to Perseys Place, a restaurant open from 7–3. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely be coming back!"
