Falmouth Inn
"A 3.7-rated budget hotel on Route 28 with a pool near downtown Falmouth and the beaches."
About The Hotel
The Falmouth Inn sits on Main Street (Route 28) near downtown Falmouth and the beaches, offering a budget-friendly, practical base for Upper Cape exploration. It holds a 3.7 across 353 reviews, with guests praising the cleanliness and location but reporting issues with hidden fees and basic amenities. The pool is a draw, and the location near downtown and the beaches is convenient. Rooms are functional rather than luxurious, and the Route 28 setting means occasional traffic noise. Best for budget travelers who want affordable Upper Cape lodging with a pool and don’t need high-end finishes.
What Guests Are Saying
“Room was comfortable, property decently maintained although the hallway reeked of pot. Watch out for hidden fees. I prepaid my room but when I showed up they charged me $20 doe the 3rd adult, my daughter, in the room and $20 because they said I booked it through a third party - Hopper - who I never heard of and I booked the room through Capital One. Breakfast was meager and ran out early. Admiralty Inn down the street was a better deal.” — EARLAlbany_NewYork, 3 stars

"Absolutely fantastic experience! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they even gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The hotel’s location made it easy to get around and explore local attractions.
