“This is supposed to be a five star resort. Not even close. The staff at the hotel are very rude and disrespectful. Whether it be checking in or picking up a complimentary gift. You are treated like you are putting them out of their way. And as far as security there should be more. I’ve witnessed people smoking eating and destroying the casino property and no one seems to care. I’ve noticed less and less people coming. "Highly recommend! Many things to enjoy here! Enjoy Fratelli’s, Shake Shack, Mystique, Red 8 and Frank and Nicks. Craps tables are enjoyable, Baccarat and nice poker room! The rooms are very nice and you have to stay here! Poker Room is great and staff is professional! Excellent floor staff and Dealers! Kelsey is new floor supervisor and brings charm and professionalism!"

View on Google"Going to Encore is like a mini vacation, beautiful ambiance and relaxing atmosphere..Seamark is one of the outstanding restaurants at the casino! Every dish and sauce was a delight.. you need to try everything! I don’t even eat fish but my husband’s haddock was picture perfect and even I had to sample a small bite! The calamari was perfect, zingy but not too spicy. The shrimp tempura was not the regular version, no breading but the sauce was very tasty. And for those of you that say you don’t order steak at a seafood restaurant, you’re quite mistaken… the wagyu was melt in your mouth perfection! The waitstaff was very professional and friendly and knew everything about the menu. If you want a special evening and want to stay local, look into Encore and be surprised!"
