The cottage room is nice… There was a minor issue with the toilet continuously running but someone was sent to fix it, the gentleman was very very nice and he was in and out and fixed it! The people I came into contact with offered excellent customer service, they were great!"

My wife and I were fortunate enough to enjoy one of their Presidential Suites in October 2025 and I assure you, the experience did not disappoint. Not only are the location and views ideal at the tip of quaint Chatham, but the service and attention to detail are unparalleled.
