"My stay was good as always. Mostly all of the staff are great. Korry and Jamie are excellent. They are always very hospitable. There is one worker the Barry I’m not sure if he is prejudice or if it’s just towards my family. I know a few other people of color who said the same thing about him. He is the only one there that is not very hospitable. Ella in the kitchen is great. She definitely makes it very welcoming. Barry work on your hospitality and customer service please."

View on Google"We stayed here for 2+ months and could not recommend it more. The location is great, rooms are spacious, pool and amenities fantastic... but what really brings the hotel to the next level are the people that work there. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I can think of countless examples -- David bringing my daughter a balloon for her birthday, Shawn always eager to help whether fixing our door or properly pouring a beer from the machine :), Korry always chatting and bonding with our daughter, Tommie always checking in and running a smooth ship, Ella bringing out fresh cookies at social hour, the cleaning staff like Maria and Rossa cleaning daily and organizing our belongings above and beyond their duties, Christian cleaning up our kids' many breakfast spills with a smile, Ramon giving us the initial tour, Jamie and Gary tracking down carts and deliveries for us as needed... the list goes on and on and on (and I probably misspelled several names and missed several people, apologies!) but we are eternally grateful for the wonderful stay we had here and cannot thank everyone enough!"

I rarely witness managers greet their clients during the morning hours. Tommie is ever present, polite, attentive, courteous, engaging.
