What Guests Are Saying
“We absolutely loved our stay at the W Boston! The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to Boston Common and Copley Square, and just a short Uber ride to most major attractions. Check-in was quick and seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by Jenny and Megan at the front desk. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind—going out of their way to answer our questions and make sure we felt at home. Their hospitality truly set a wonderful tone for our stay. We stayed in a corner king room, which was beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a spa-like bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Because the hotel is close to nightclubs and bars, there can be some city noise, especially on lower floors, but the thoughtful addition of a white noise machine meant we weren’t bothered at all. Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service from the wait staff was equally impressive and made for a great start to each day. Overall, the W Boston combines style, comfort, and exceptional service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston—you won’t be disappointed!” — SouthernComfort13, 5 stars
“I travel extensively for work and stay at hotels of the same, higher and lower class as the W in Boston but the service I receive at W Boston is personalized responsive and the most authentic of any hotel. I have stayed several times, often for the Boston marathon and then occasionally for business or pleasure. This weekend I had planned 2 nights but due to the weather I had to at the last minute change to one. They could not have been more helpful. They also always answer the phone and accommodate my preferred room type. The staff at the welcome area, James and his team are polite and very helpful. The people on the insider team who answer emails, Emanuele, Ongie and team are fast and helpful. … and the rooms are clean and pleasant. The food in the lounge is good and again the staff there are great (our server Sharon was very friendly and efficient! I cannot wait to go back to the hotel for the Boston marathon in April. Thank you!” — anne J., 5 stars
“Jenny was the absolute best! I was at this property dealing with a death in the family and Jenny really went out of her way to make sure that i had the best stay. The property, location and everything else was perfect but when I told Jenny at the front dest why I was staying here, she went above and beyond to help me make both travel arrangements, made sure I had all the tools that I needed as far as a printer and such and just really felt bad for my situation and showed so much kindness. Thank you Jenny for making a bad situation much better!” — Matt T., 5 stars

"Loved our room with really comfy beds and great additional seating. Restaurant food was great - all bartenders give great service, too! Best part of our stay was the outstanding, above and beyond, warm and friendly customer service, especially from Paul, the welcome ambassador. Had to leave our bags after checkout, and when we came back to get them, he stayed and talked to my elderly mom while I changed, and made sure we stayed comfortable until our ride came. He truly cared about us and was above and beyond aware of making sure we had an excellent departure. Such a kind and professional person! Cabo in the dining room saw us looking lost and literally ran to us to help us with a table, stopped by many times to make sure everything was going great, and truly loves people! Our server at breakfast immediately remembered our requests from the day before and took great care of us, even though the restaurant was really busy. Megan at the front desk took went above and beyond as well, taking time to not just check us out, but to talk about our stay, share our excitement for the family baby shower we were attending, and was just lovely! W’s hotel amenities are very good, but these staff members made the stay and experience great! So appreciate them!"

View on Google"Stayed at the W Boston recently and wanted to give a special shoutout to Gabriela Guzmán. On my second day, she noticed I was unsure what to do with my time and immediately stepped in with awesome suggestions. She took the time to walk me through different neighborhoods, restaurants, and things to see, and every recommendation was spot on. Thanks to her guidance, I ended up discovering places I never would have found on my own and had a much better Boston experience. Gabriela is friendly, thoughtful, and clearly loves helping guests make the most of their stay. The W is lucky to have her!"
