What guests are saying about Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.
"The hotel is small and cozy, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was perfectly placed across from the smart TV, making it easy to relax. The shower was excellent and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom was a bit small but still clean and private. I stayed in an Artist Tower room, which was great overall—my only room-related complaint is that the walls are thin, so some outside noise can be heard. The amenities were a highlight. Café Cocorico was perfect for a quick warm drink, and the gym was well equipped with plenty of machines. Housekeeping was amazing and very quick when I left the room. My only real downside was the staff. I requested a microwave at the front desk and was told “okay,” but never received it and had to call later. At the Kestra restaurant, the hostess directed me to the website instead of answering my question about hours, which felt unhelpful. Overall, I had an amazing stay. The room was great, and the location is very convenient—about 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown."

View on Google"Landed on Christmas Eve and got the BEST service ever. From room upgrades to good service, felt like our private hotel. The rooms were very large, bathroom size was big and side tables were huge. Maybe it’s the upgraded room. They had everything, from a coffee shop, multiple restaurants, and a few nice bars. The sporting bar was actually a great vibe. The weekend crowd was HUGE so obviously a very popular restaurant. Easily accessible by Uber/Lyft and 10 mins from the airport. A bit off downtown limits"

View on Google"The location was great - walking distance to everything in the Seaport area. We got a complimentary late checkout and room service breakfast was really tasty. Certain items were expensive- i.e. $6.50 Celcius - but great service and comfortable rooms. The rate for the room itself was very reasonable. Slept soundly on the 20th floor, with great views. Would definitely return if visiting Boston again!"
