What Guests Are Saying
“We stayed here for 3 nights. A lovely stay in the BackBay area within easy access. We were celebrating our anniversary and this was a great choice to start the trip off. - lovely hotel, upgraded to Executive Suite. Super spacey rooms, with a separate bedroom, dressing room and lounge area. - Had dinner at the Bar area and the drinks were divine. Absolutely amazing cocktails that you have to try. Lovely staff too. - Location; in BackBay and very close Prudential centre and Copley Place. - Not a far walk from Boston Common and the Park to do the Freedom Walk - Restaurants we tried; Flour Bakery (amazing), Contessa (a treat), The Rooftop at the Envoy (okay drinks and views) - gym was very well equipped and nice to use. I would highly recommend the hotel.” — JSM23, 5 stars
“Being at the 3rd four seasons we’ve ever been to, I could tell you that our group and our pup had the time of our lives. I also wanna talk about the dog traits provided by The Four Seasons. We spent a long weekend at The Four Seasons in Boston. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at while we were there, my dog, Annie was given, from Neoteric brands, peanut butter and blueberry dog treats. My dog is a very poor eater because she’s a rescue. These are the first treats in a long time that she absolutely loved. I ordered these traits from the source because it is so hard to find something that she loves. I think you and The Four Seasons for this wonderful trip.” — Mark L., 5 stars
“It was a relief to step into this hotel, where everything works, and staff are great. Ours was a last minute stay, but the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We had a lovely afternoon tea and had a fantastic lady serve us, the food was very good Our rooms were pleasant, and room service was also very good. We had an excellent breakfast here one of the best lobster omelette dishes I’ve ever had. We would stay here again. The hotel is well connected by public transport and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were here during the marathon and the hotel was very full, but you wouldn’t have noticed.” — AnnabelleTh, 5 stars

"Absolutely loved my stay at Four Seasons Boston. Everything was wonderful the service, the comfort, and the overall experience. A very thoughtful birthday surprise with a cake truly made my day and meant so much to me. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk to a nearby mall, with great restaurants and lovely cafés all around. Such a beautiful stay from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Boston and staying here again."

View on Google"This hotel is exceptional—one of the better Four Seasons I’ve stayed at. The staff truly stand out: the front desk team (special thanks to Casey and the whole crew) were outstanding, the front door staff were incredibly welcoming, and the bar team was first-rate. If I had to mention one small critique, it’s that the pool is indoors only—but that’s really just nitpicking. Overall, a flawless experience with top-notch service throughout"
