“Beautiful location, great hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean, and my room was a good size. The staff is wonderful. The views of the harbor are wonderful. I didn’t eat in the cafe but heard good things. The lobby is pleasant and offers tons of lounging. You can walk from here through the North End, or along the waterfront, or to the Garden in minutes. I didn’t require any services while I was there so I cannot comment on that; however my interactions with the staff were all positive. Parking is expensive but that’s common in Boston. “FANTASTIC HOTEL, WITH GREAT STAFF‼️ WOULD 100% STAY HERE AGAIN ‼️ Truly a distinguished hotel, for extremely reasonable rates!! Every single staff member, from the doorman to the front desk, to the restaurant- goes the extra mile, to make you feel as though you are the only guest in the hotel!!! The rooms are spacious & extremely well appointed!! Literally- everything you want & even things you didn’t know you wanted ( right down to the multitude of Poland Springs water bottles in each room)!! “This hotel is offset from the busy road, its quiet & peaceful. The rooms were spacious, very clean & comfortable. The staff were impeccable. Friendly, helpful, pleasant. I was nervous due to other reviews but it’s clear that some people are never satisfied OR we visited after improvements were made in those areas.
