"Hotel is clean and sufficient. Latia at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. Always smiling, going above and beyond, and sets a high standard for customer service. She makes personal connections instead of just going through the motions. We all could learn from her on how to display even half of her energy and kindness. It made our stay much sweeter.
