About The Hotel
Sitting right on the harbor, this hotel offers something special for hot tub lovers: select rooms with private whirlpool tubs that overlook Annapolis’s stunning waterfront. Imagine soaking in warm bubbles while watching sailboats drift by - that’s the kind of relaxation you’ll find here.
Guests really like this place, ranking it #7 out of 21 hotels in Annapolis with a solid 4.1 rating on TripAdvisor. The in-room hot tubs are a big reason why. These aren’t just any tubs - they’re perfectly positioned to give you a luxurious view while you unwind after exploring the historic downtown or walking around the Naval Academy area.
The hotel comes with nice extras like free WiFi, room service, and a restaurant on-site. But for hot tub fans, the in-room whirlpools are the real star. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic getaway or just someone who wants to soak away the day’s stress, these rooms deliver. Pro tip: Book early, as the hot tub rooms are popular and sell out quickly during peak season.

What guests are saying about Annapolis Waterfront Hotel.
"Our stay at the Waterfront Hotel was wonderful, especially for visiting downtown Annapolis. The location is phenomenal! Yolande, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to ensure my belated birthday stay was perfect—her service truly stood out. We loved our dock view room. It was spacious and clean, with a great closet. We were pleasantly surprised that the windows opened, letting in the fresh air and the relaxing sounds of waves. While the bathroom was a little small and dated, everything else was so great that it was a minor issue. The hotel sits right behind The Choptank, an excellent restaurant with a rooftop deck (a great partnership!). We enjoyed delicious, piping hot seafood from there. Valet parking was also a breeze despite the small entry area. Overall, a great staycation! We hope to return during the holidays."

The in-room coffee was high quality, the linens and furnishings were exceptionally comfortable, and the views of Annapolis Harbor and downtown, including iconic Ego Alley, were simply spectacular. Thank you for making us feel truly at home."

I can tell you that this hotel team knows how to handle a large group. The meals came out hot and delicious how they did this we have no idea. I highly recommend that brides use this hotel. Our Wedding planner,Aubrey, had recommended them And it was fantastic. My husband worked closely with the executive chef and the chef was very easy to work with top-notch."
