View on Google"The GM Mohamed is truly the epitome of Hospitality. I booked through a third party to book my room over the weekend and unfortunately the 3rd parties app GLITCHED and double booked me. After personally jumping through every hoop to get a refund or credit with no resolution I explained to him about my problem and he took time out of his very busy day to call the 3rd party and did everything he could outside of taking money out of his own pocket so I didn’t have to stress about it. I work in the hospitality industry and he is truly one of the good ones. Thank you Mohamed for taking care of me during my stay."
