"My daughter was inpatient at Johns Hopkins for approximately 2 weeks during October 2025 and I needed a place to stay. The Best Western Plus in Baltimore checked all of the boxes. Overall, the hotel was great. Their rooms were clean and well kept and their service was exceptional, with special thanks to Mo, Shawn, Raveena, and all of the shuttle drivers. Their amenities, to include free parking, complimentary hot breakfast, laundry room, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the hospital were all so appreciated. During my stay, I felt safe and secure. I am very familiar with a competing hotel chain, Ha***** n, and this BW Plus meets/exceeds the best of the ones that I’ve stayed in. I will not hesitate staying at this BW Plus in the future and I highly recommend it."

View on Google"Absolutely beautiful venue! From the moment we arrived, everything about this space exceeded expectations. The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday party ran smoothly for 150 people.The catering was amazing delicious (the spring rolls and bacon wrapped scallops were my fav), well-presented, and a huge hit with our guests. The drinks were equally fantastic, and the bar staff kept everything flowing perfectly all night!!! The location itself is in a great area, a little traffic for the people coming from a little farther away but overall very enjoyable for everyone attending. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue for any event, especially holiday parties! Also Felicia is one of the kindest, amazing communicator, and accommodating people I’ve gotten the pleasure of working with!!!"
