“So very happy with our choice! The room was perfect for 4 of us - love having a kitchen. The rooms were quiet - couldn’t hear our neighbors so hopefully they couldn’t hear us! Love the Adirondack’s in front of each room - sat outside reading a few times. The outdoor pool was a little smaller than I thought but very enjoyable. Perfect area - close to lots of food places, the beach, activities! Really appreciated the games onsite too, the fire “pits”! Great time - definitely recommend and would stay again” — jdean12345, 5 stars

“We just got back from our 1 week stay, my daughter, son in law and 3 young kids, at the Elmwood Resort Hotel. It was amazing. It was my daughter third stay. What stood out and I have never seen before (even though I have been to numerous resorts and on cruises) were the unlimited towels, dish towels, etc. The rooms are very clean and so are the premises well maintained. The people who work at the Resort are very nice. The swimming pool is heated and the area is safe for the children. There is also an indoor pool. Location is great to go to the beach, grocery, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend staying there without hesitation and we will be back!” — pargin55, 5 stars

"We checked in and the lady was nice. She said that they don't do room service but if you scan the QR code on the paper that they give you, you can order stuff like extra towels online. They give you a green bag in the room with towels for your stay and if you're done with them, you put them in the red (should be on the counter) bag and leave it outside the door for the cleaning people to collect. They have an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. During this time of the year, they stop heating the outdoor pool but it is still chemicalized they said. I am looking forward to using the pools and will post pics of them when I use them. The suite that we are staying in is very nice but the ceiling fan with the light keeps flickering. The two beds are in the upstairs room and the full bathroom is up there too. The queen bed with the half bathroom, livingroom, and kitchen are downstairs. The parking is really good here. They have plenty of parking. They don't give you a parking pass to put on your car but they do ask for your license plate and what car and what the color of the car is."

View on Google"This was our second stay at the Elmwood and we can't say enough good things about this hotel. Both this year and last year, the housekeeping was spotless! That alone added to our comfort and enjoyment. We stayed in a Two Bedroom Deluxe. The kitchen had a HUGE, modern refrigerator with large freezer below, stove, microwave, sink with disposal, dishwasher. Perfect set up for a family staying several days. My only suggestion is to add a few more dishtowels. The bedrooms were bright and sunny. The resort offers so many great amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, gas fire pits and gas grills, tables and chairs in the lawn area, a dvd library (free) and a laundry. That laundry alone was worth writing about...massive dryers and efficient washers - I managed to wash and dry a large load of laundry in about an hour the morning of checkout. Management pays attention to so many "little" details that will make a family's stay so much more enjoyable! We stayed in early June; the resort was very quiet midweek and was getting busier when we left on a Friday. Further into summer they do family movies on a screen outside...sounds very fun. We highly recommend the Elmwood!"
