“Charming Inn with great location and very kind staff. I have to agree w some other reviews that attention to detail was not there, perhaps staffing shortage. We paid for a suite with a fireplace and were super disappointed to learn that it didnt work.. the mgmt was so kind and compensated us a bit for that inconvenience. The cottage room was immaculate and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The one thing Id make future travelers aware of is in this suite there are several stepdowns within it. Also the shower/tub combo was a bit tricky to get in and out of so might be difficult for those with limited mobility. My one suggestion for the Inn would be for coffee pot in rooms that are not inside the inn, as we had to put coats on to go outside and around to get morning coffee. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and starts at 8, which is difficult for us early risers. We were also disappointed to hear lunch and dinner were not available during our stay as we heard wonderful things about the food. Would have been nice to have known about the restaurant dates and fireplace out of order before we arrived. Otherwise was a comfortable room with great staff.” — cpb3162023, 3 stars
