Blackberry Inn
"Top-rated Victorian B&B with individually styled rooms, gourmet breakfasts, and a perfect 15-minute walk to Camden Harbor."
About The Hotel
From $270/night, Blackberry Inn is a beloved 4.8-rated Victorian home run by resident innkeepers Bob and Cat. Each room is individually decorated with antiques and personality; past guests consistently name their two-course breakfasts as the best they had on their trips. The inn scores near-perfect marks for cleanliness, service, and room quality. A historic home does mean stairs (no elevator) and some compact bathrooms, but the warmth of the welcome and the excellence of the breakfast more than compensate. It’s best for couples seeking genuine hospitality and a polished-but-cozy aesthetic a short walk from the harbor.
What Guests Are Saying
“My friend and I booked a couple of rooms over Memorial Day weekend. She was in the Bette Davis room and I was in the Painted Lady room. Both rooms were very charming and comfortable (and clean). Despite the rooms being on the front of the house, we did not find the traffic noise to be at all bothersome. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Bob and Cat were gracious and welcoming. The location is ideal (it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the harbor). I would gladly stay at the Blackberry Inn again.” — LetsGoNow22, 5 stars
“The Blackberry Inn is a charming bed and breakfast in a historical Painted Lady house. Cat and Bob are amazing hosts. We booked the Salon and Lizzy’s rooms for our two night stay at the Inn. By far, the best breakfast we had on the trip! We enjoyed walking to the downtown and harbor area of Camden. Mount Bettie is short drive away.” — Becky K., 5 stars
“This place is wonderful! We stayed in Birch Retreat #8. The room was well appointed, spacious, and very clean. Hosts Bob and Kat are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was first class! Two courses, with a delicious yogurt parfait to start followed by gourmet pancakes. We will happily return at some point!” — BLovell53, 5 stars

The rooms were absolutely charming—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful touches that showed the care and pride put into every detail. The hostess, Katherine was simply extraordinary. Gracious, welcoming, and accommodating in every way, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They truly have a gift for making guests feel valued and cared for. And the breakfast—oh, the breakfast! It was a morning feast of fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared dishes that could rival any five-star restaurant. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were perfection, and you could taste the love and passion in every bite. From start to finish, The Blackberry exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I can’t wait to return, and I’ll be recommending this hidden treasure to everyone I know!"
