Truly wonderful place, room was spotless, very spacious and modern, bed was super comfortable and I loved little touches here and there, like towel warmer in the bathroom and electric fireplace. Decks outside room provide awesome views of the whole harbor. They also have outdoor hot tub right by the water and fireplace to enjoy with glass of wine right before bed. "Absolutely outstanding. Fantastic location, on the water and close to the quaint downtown. The owners are incredibly kind, thoughtful and friendly. The room was so beautifully designed and appointed and seemed brand-new (we were in 11, in the corner overlooking the water). And the breakfasts were phenomenal! I wish I took a picture of one of the menus - every night guests receive a new menu to choose from, which includes a choice of 4 fantastic meals. Every day offered different meals - we were there 3 nights and every breakfast we got was beyond delicious (and healthy!). Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back soon! PS - I’m not sure what kind of pillow was in our room but that was the best and most-comfortable pillow I’ve ever used in all my life. :)"

View on Google"We stayed here for a quick weekend trip three nights. Location is perfect. Can walk right into the town to go to the stores or to get food. View is amazing and you get to eat your breakfast on the deck. Let's talk breakfast. You get a menu each night at your door and get to pick your selections. The food is absolutely amazing and delicious- included in the room. The room is so nicely appointed. Nice windows, big comfy bed with electric fireplace. Good sized fridge. Bathroom has a towel warmer! This is the place to stay in Boothbay. Staff is wonderful. Would stay again."
