What Guests Are Saying
“Once again, we visited the Holidae House for a weekend stay and had a wonderful time. The owners were very accommodating, and we were able to check in early. The breakfasts were out of this world. The amazing thing about this B+B is that total strangers gather here for a visit and become like a mini family (without the fighting). This trip we met a couple from Idaho and the group of us spent a wonderful time in the Livingroom talking about a wide range of stuff. The rooms are clean and nice and it is just a wonderful place to stay at a reasonable price. Close to the Maine Mineral Museum and excellent restaurants it makes walking the town easy.” — Scott H., 5 stars
“This is an immaculate B&B with every traditional B&B expectation fulfilled. John loves to talk and Jeannette’s cooking is great. Might be the most dedicated/enthusiastic B&B hosts yet. Lovely period furniture but modern bathroom in our room at least. Common room with more than enough to keep you entertained in the evening. Nice, well-stocked eating area with teas, fruit, and home-made treats. Walking distance to several eateries. Complimentary toiletries, chocolate, USB in our room. Easy & good Wi-Fi.” — F B., 5 stars
“Very accommodating to hikers and allowed early check in. John and Jeanette were so helpful with recommendations and served a delicious breakfast. Their home is very well done with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!” — kimberlyhigdon, 5 stars

"Holidae House is located smack dab in the center of Bethel. We parked at the inn and walked easily to the grocery, the amazing Gemini bakery, restaurants, and shops. The owner-hosts are friendly, know the area and cook a hearty breakfast. Their hospitality is genuine. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We’re following the baseball playoffs and had no trouble getting the games on the tv in our room."
