"This place is an amazing historical building that is well preserved, modernized, very clean, and charming. The staff was great and accommodating. The rooftop patio provides an all inclusive and safe experience day & night. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely revisit when passing through Shreveport in the future."

"Great experience. Didnt really interact with the staff much but the front desk people were friendly and helpful at check in/out. The restraunt staff were super attentive and friendly. Rooms were spacious and well arranged. Bathrooms were comfortable. Only complaint is the pillows. I hate the pillows that Hilton hotels use."

"Clean and easy to find location. Several nearby food options. The staff was so friendly and gave me two bottles of water when I arrived, and they had more bottles set up for breakfast which was really nice. A lot of hotels can be stingy with that and I really appreciated this."

"Super friendly people at the front desk. Walked outside at midnight and still felt safe. Clean rooms. Jacuzzi had an issue, but they sent someone up to fix it. I would stay again."
