"I went for a work training, however it was more of a short vacation. The location was perfectly positioned amongst the outlet mall, the casino, and Bourbon St. The staff was very friendly, especially Pierre. He made sure all our questions were answered, and gave us really good tips on ways to enjoy ourselves after our training. My room, 1204, was large with a nice view of the city, and clean. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in New Orleans."

View on Google"I loved my time at the Hilton Riverside! New Orleans is beautiful and the room (we were on the 23rd floor) had a gorgeous view of one of the bridges crossing the Mississippi. I was highly satisfied by the service of Brandon Green, who warmly greeted me and my partner at the Hilton Group Vacation desk and made us feel at ease. We ended up buying a 5-day package because he made it make sense. He also was very friendly, giving us amazing food recommendations that we took and loved. 5-star service for sure!"
