About The Hotel
Tucked away in Dubuque, this Best Western has a secret weapon for travelers seeking pure relaxation: in-room hot tubs. Not every room has this feature, so when you book, specifically request a Jacuzzi suite. These rooms are perfect for couples wanting a private soak after exploring the Mississippi River area.
Guests really like this hotel, ranking it #3 out of 19 in Dubuque with a solid 4.3 rating on TripAdvisor. The hot tub rooms are spacious, with enough room to stretch out and enjoy the bubbling water. Each suite comes with standard hotel comforts like free internet, free parking, and room service - but the in-room whirlpool is the real star.
Beyond the hot tub, the hotel offers nice extras like a swimming pool, shuttle service, and a restaurant. But for hot tub lovers, this is the place to be. The water jets are strong enough to work out travel muscle aches, and the privacy means you can relax without sharing a public pool. If you want a comfortable room with your own personal hot tub, this Best Western delivers exactly what you need.

"This may have been the best hotel experience we have had in many years. The calming energy in this place was just what this family needed after a long road trip. The staff was so welcoming & helpful the whole stay. Very dog friendly establishment! Tons of grassy areas to walk your dog. The hotel is clean, like really clean. No musty smells, no dingy rooms or carpet. This place is so nice. The pool area is warm & welcoming during a cold midwest winter. I was very impressed to see the pool & hot tub have accessibility chairs. I could spend a lot of time in their atrium/pool area relaxing. The game room is a fun place to waste some time. We had a room right off of the pool on the first floor and it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel wasn't super busy due to the holiday, but that meant we had one of the quitest stays at a hotel we have experienced. Rooms are easy to find, it doesn't feel like a maze, which is the case in other establishments. The water pressure in the shower may have been the best surprise. Normally hotel water pressure is questionable and they have the cheapest shower heads, but not here, this shower seemed updated with plenty of water pressure. There was a desk for the husbsnd to set up for work. The couch was not cloth, but honetly I prefer that, it is way easier to wipe clean after guest use compared to fabric. The staff even switched our reservation with no issues when we were unable to make it on our original date due to car issues. I can't say enough good things about this stop, it will definitely become a regular stay when we drive to visit family."

View on Google"Very friendly staff, super clean, and a great location! My only complaint is that the hotel is a little too militant with the rules and regulations. I’m ok with the pool rules and regulations. I understand why they’re in place. But receiving a text message at 9:38 in the morning reminding people to pick up new pool wristbands is a bit much. What if someone was sleeping and that woke them up? It’s a bit much and an annoyance."

The rooms are clean, modern and well kept and the price in comparison to others is very good. The Hotel is minutes from downtown and many area attractions. Attached through an indoor walkway is an Old Chicago restaurant with a full service bar. The staff here are also very friendly and professional and this is where a full complementary breakfast for guests is served every morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dubuque."
