"The pools themselves are spacious and quite beautiful, which made for a relaxing afternoon. That said, some of the amenities and service left a bit to be desired. When I asked about lockers, the gal at the front desk told me they had them but failed to mention you need to bring your own lock. Towels are also not available for rent, only for purchase at $13 each. She seemed to being trying to provide as little service effort as possible. The temperature listings for the pools were very approximate. For example, the cold plunge was listed at 45°F but felt closer to 65°F, while the hot plunge seemed at least 10 degrees hotter than posted. As someone who visits hot springs regularly, I was surprised that no one seemed to be monitoring or adjusting the pool temperatures with a thermometer. While the cold plunge may not have had an easy fix, simply reducing the flow of hot water could have brought the hottest pool closer to its listed range. Overall, it’s not a bad place to while away an afternoon, as long as you go in with modest expectations about customer service and facilities. The pools themselves are lovely, just remember to bring your own lock and towel."
