"This hotel was stupendous! The Ludlow Synexis office staff Peanut Ribbert and Rabbit Peanut and the new addition Pooja Wheeler enjoyed the room. I enjoyed the cookies and the breakfast. The hot tub was fun an so was the pool. The staff let us vacuum seal our cow with their the vacuum. Our the room was clean and quiet except for the first night because above us there was a dog that decided it would be entertainment for a game of fetch at 3 am but that’s ok because Robert at the desk told them to shut up and they stopped. Over all Carla Shaw was very glad she allocated funds to this the hotel grocery store for our executive retreat."

We had a bad experience at a previous hotel earlier this morning, and went to this hotel to unpack so we could go visit. The hotel manager overheard our conversation and immediately offered her condolences and expressed if we needed anything to please let her know. I went on to stay at this hotel 3 more times because of this welcome we received from the manager and staff. This hotel is very clean, the beds are amazing, and the hot and cold breakfast options are great. I have 2 service animals and the rooms are great. This is a pet friendly hotel and you cannot tell it at all. I would recommend this place to anyone in town looking for a great place to stay!!"

View on Google"The room was too hot with 20 degree weather outside. Ended up opening the window to cool it down. AC wouldn’t get it cool enough because the wall thermostat was limited to 65 (it wasn’t getting down to 65). Room also had several things which needed repair. Otherwise it was clean and functional. Breakfast was good with several hot options. The location was reason enough to stay here. Less than a mile from 30+ restaurants, the mall, and tons of other places to visit. I do recommend this hotel."
