"My review is in regards to the very amazing lady working the front desk on January 3rd at around 9pm. I was not a guest at this hotel I was a delivery driver delivering some food to one of your residents that was staying with you guys and the lady at the front desk was one of the friendliest people I have ran into in a long time ! Very friendly and that is rare these days. So thank you for being an amazing person :)"

View on Google"I stayed here and booked the conference room for a work training for several days. The space was perfect and the staff was super helpful. The hotel is undergoing some renovations and I’m excited to return and see the improvements. Even under the renovations, the hotel is clean and well maintained. The conference room had all I needed and was large and well maintained. The room where i stayed was also very spacious and comfortable. I was impressed by the space and the homey feel. Thanks so much for a great trip."

She had to field calls and guests who were disappointed to learn the pool and hot tub were under renovations. She handled the situation with class and grace. Give this girl a raise. It is rare to find an employee who shows so much professionalism under pressure!!!"
