About The Hotel
If you want a hot tub with mountain views, this Vail hotel delivers big time. The in-room Jacuzzis are the real star here, offering skiers and relaxation seekers a perfect private soak after a day on the slopes. Each suite comes with a luxurious whirlpool tub that overlooks either the stunning Vail Square or surrounding alpine landscapes.
Guests really love this place - it ranks #4 out of 34 Vail hotels on TripAdvisor with a stellar 4.7 rating. The rooms are spacious, with modern mountain-chic design that feels both elegant and comfortable. But let’s be honest: the hot tub is why most people book. But after a long day, you’ll probably just want to return to your room, pour a glass of wine, and sink into that perfect, bubbling hot tub with a view that looks like a postcard.

"Where do I begin? This hotel brought me so much joy. It is so beautiful just to start. It is so cozy when you enter the lobby. We went on our first family vacation to vail since 2000, now 13 of us! My experience was amazing as per I can’t ski with everyone because I’m disabled. The first night I had trouble sleeping. I woke up like 3:30 am, got dressed and went to the lobby where I was greeted by Claudia. She was so sweet. We chatted and I asked, which I assumed the answer would be no, as per it was way early for coffee. That’s when she asked Brock, of I believe it was security, if I could get coffee and he actually said Yes!!! I couldn’t believe it. They went completely out of their way and got me the most delicious cup of coffee. Also a cup of trail mix to boot. At the time I was unaware there was actually a machine in my room lol! It was so nice of them. Now we come to the fantastic wait staff at The Tavern! Rich, Nick, Miguel, and Kevin were all phenomenal our whole trip! They knew my name and had lovely conversations with me when I ate alone. Oh and I can’t forget Misha! While at the hotel my husband and I celebrated our anniversary and we had no idea how long an uber was going to take to pick us up. We had reservations at the Four Seasons for our dinner. That’s when Ben the Valet stepped in and said that he could take us there and drop us off. But it wasn’t just that action he was so nice and I kept running into him our whole trip, he was just so sweet. Every morning I seemed to run into Hunter, though I’m not sure of his title, but he was just so nice and always took a moment to chat with me when he could of just carried on doing his job. Now I have come to Elana, sweet Elana, always greeting me and complimenting on the days vintage outfit! She took the time out of her busy schedule to talk to me and it really meant a lot. Towards the end of the trip on a morning I couldn’t sleep I went to the lobby and I met James. We had such good conversations and talked about the pets in our lives and more and he didn’t have to do that. The level of care and kindness the hotel staff showed me was superb! I know I’m sure I’m missing people as per there were so many, including housekeepers that I kept running into, but all in all this hotel’s customer service is outstanding! These people didn’t have to give me the time of day but the thing is they did!! Thank you staff of the Arrabelle I appreciate you, I see you, and I look forward to seeing ya’ll again!"

It comes through in the atmosphere, the balance of the spaces, and the way the property feels as a whole. Nothing feels excessive. Nothing feels accidental. Ski access is seamless and sets the rhythm of the day. You move easily between the mountain and the hotel, without interruption. The restaurant is very good, and the ambiance throughout the property encourages you to slow down and stay present. The lobby carries the same tone—warm, composed, and inviting. It is a magical place. One of those rare hotels where the setting, the design, and the experience align."

This property is literally the best ski on ski off hotel at any of the Vail base areas with the Grand Hyatt and the Lodge in Vail Village being other secondary options. We walked through the hotel today on our way to lunch at Tavern on the Square which was great. We'll definitely have to stay here someday, the lobby area is beautiful and the location alone makes this place spectacular."
