"Such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The service is unbelievable — I love everything about this place. The restaurant manager, Adrian, is truly one of a kind. His ability to handle service with such care and professionalism is exceptional. The Jerome Hotel should be very happy to have him on board. "Amazing stay at hotel Jerome! Was here for a conference. Hotel has a lovely shuttle that stole the show… timely, responsive, friendly. Picked me up from conference and took me to airport … who does that? The room was classic: posh, roomy, luxurious, with windows that crack open for fresh air … humidifier included. If I’m ever back in Aspen this is my hotel! Shout outs to Indra, Murilo, front desk staff … Bar Jerome is also a nice touch. Pricey but nice."
