"Exceptional Stay at Four Seasons Vail — 5 Stars From the moment we arrived, Four Seasons Vail delivered outstanding service. We were personally escorted to check-in and welcomed with a delicious apple-mint tea (with or without whiskey). The staff walked us through all the amenities and events, making everything feel seamless. Our rooms were spacious, modern, and perfect for families. The attention to detail was incredible—my nephew had broken his leg the day before, and the team had a wheelchair ready and placed them in an accessible room without us requesting it. They even took the kids to a toy/snack chest to pick out treats, which made their day. Remedy Bar is a must. Their viral $28+ hot chocolate truly lives up to the hype, and as hotel guests, we never had to wait for a table despite the crowds. The wagyu burger was also phenomenal. We loved the holiday activities (cookie decorating, champagne tastings), the cozy rooms with fireplaces, and the excellent storage space. The hotel also placed all of our rooms close together, which made traveling as a group very easy. Tavernetta was another standout—our dinner was spectacular, with perfectly al dente house-made pastas and great ambiance. Breakfast there was excellent every morning, with an omelet station, fresh fruit, pastries, and great coffee. Our entire stay felt magical. The resort is just steps from the village, ice rink, shops, and restaurants—though we would have been happy never leaving the property at all. Highly recommend Four Seasons Vail for a luxury getaway. Exceptional service, warm hospitality, and one of the most memorable holiday stays we’ve had."

"We had a great stay at the four seasons in Vail. The staff were all very helpful. They had a very handy shuttle service to bring us to the village that was very efficient. They also have a chalet in Vail village that was great to hang out and meet others at the end of the ski day. I lost my backpack when leaving and Mike with security and Chris with the shuttle service were fantastic in helping me find it again. Would definitely stay with the four seasons again the next time we come to vail."

"Great location, beautiful hotel and views! Staff was so helpful and very sweet with our kiddo. They have a treasure chest at check in for the littles with snacks and stuffed animals. Complimentary drink at check in as well and the apple brioche bites next to the complimentary coffee are DELICIOUS. The kids playroom was our favorite, what a fantastic amenity!! Most of the toys were missing pieces but that’s expected with kiddos. Our experience was mostly good, just a few things that seemed silly. We were told there would be s’mores by the pool from 6:00-9:00, loaded our toddler up to go down in the cold and at 6:40, there was no fire on and all of the marshmallows were gone, we went all the way back to the front desk to ask for more, and they said they’d bring some more down in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes to wait for marshmallows?! Extremely annoying. Another thing was the popcorn machine in the cafe, it’s out in front of the counter, with popcorn cups next to it and the scoop, making it very much seem like it is complimentary, when it’s apparently not. Seems wild to charge for popcorn at a four seasons where the popcorn probably costs them little to nothing. Maybe put the popcorn buckets behind the counter so it doesn’t look like it’s complimentary. Other than those little things, we had a great stay"
