"We stayed at the Austria Haus in Vail from December 17–21 with my husband, baby, and brother, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, but the Austria Haus made it feel effortless. The location is unbeatable, steps from the slopes and Vail Village yet the hotel still feels cozy, calm, and welcoming, which was perfect for our family. What truly made our stay stand out was Paul, the manager. Paul went above and beyond in every sense. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. Any time we needed help whether it was something small or a last-minute request Paul handled it immediately and with such kindness. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported, especially families. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well set up for a family stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and personal rather than corporate or impersonal. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are so grateful for the level of service and care we received. Austria Haus and especially Paul made our Vail trip unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vail, whether with family or not. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We had a great stay at Austria Haus in Vail. The staff were excellent. Gladys and Paul at the front desk were super helpful and welcoming, and Richard and the team assisting with the car and luggage were great as well. They were very flexible with check-in and even let us keep our car parked for a bit after checkout since they had availability, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Gondola One at Mountain Plaza and bus stop to Lionshead village. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. One small but amazing detail was the heated bathroom floor, which felt incredible during the cold weather. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast area itself was really nice and relaxing. For the price, it was absolutely worth it, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Vail. Keep up the great service!"

"Everything was perfect about Austria Haus. Very good complimentary breakfast, perfect location, and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the in room beverage service with very reasonably priced beer and wine delivered to our door. Just close enough to the slopes that it’s easy to get to but you don’t have to worry about crowds around your hotel. Heated floors in the bathrooms were also a very nice touch. Austria Haus is elegant and refined."
