"One of the most peaceful and enjoyable stays for my wife and I. Property is set just outside of downtown Estes and so close to the entrance of RMNP. Room was well decorated and included a gas fireplace and a private hot tub on the balcony overlooking the mountains. 10/10 and will absolutely be coming back."

"We loved the location out of town. And it was above the side road going into The national park. The room was very roomy as well as the bathroom and very comfortable. The check-in was super easy. And they have a room where you can just take for yourselves extra towels, board games etc very well run place."

"This is our second time staying. We stayed for Thanksgiving and come back for Christmas with the Littles. Both times were very comfy. We ran into a toilet problem and the problem was fixed on Christmas Eve within 30 minutes. We will be back soon."
