"I’ve had wonderful experiences at Boulder Brook for years, visiting with my mother. This year, my husband and I stayed together for the first time, and it was just as special. From my first conversation with Beverly while making the reservation, to my check-in with Julie, to my follow-up texts with Katie after I accidentally left something behind — every interaction was exceptional. They were even kind enough to mail my item back to me! The customer service was downright amazing. You cannot ask for better service. The spa suite was perfect — very roomy, bright natural light, and peaceful. The kitchen window opens to the sound of Fall River, and the back patio is the ideal spot to relax, with privacy between the units. The shower was large (always a bonus!), and everything was well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will happily be returning!"

The bed was comfortable and the suite had everything we needed and was so relaxing as a home base for all of our activities nearby. Checkin and checkout were super easy. Boulder Brook is very quiet and peaceful, and we loved sitting on the back deck listening to the river flowing. We were minutes from town and all of the restaurants and sightseeing, and minutes from Rocky Mountain State Park, it was the perfect location. Communication was great with staff."
