"My stay at the Patterson Inn has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. I wasn’t expecting a lot from the breakfast especially being vegan but they go out of their way to make an amazing breakfast with a sweet and a savory option every morning that is very filling. The location is in the heart of Capitol Hill in a very quiet neighborhood with public transportation close by. I will 100% be returning to stay here next time I am in Denver."

Special shoutout to the talented chef Brandon who was able to accommodate our dietary preferences and prepared a total of 6 delicious vegan meals over the span of 3 mornings (one meal every morning for 2 people). We enjoyed every dish and cleaned our plates every time. The building itself is beautiful and charming, with stained glass windows and intricate woodwork throughout. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They also offered to hold our luggage on the last day after checkout. Thanks for helping make our first stay in Denver a great experience!"

All staff including the owner were so kind, personable, professional, and helpful! Walking distance to most everything. Surprisingly enough we even walked to the Broncos game at the Empower Field Stadium. Parking is really good, hotel has 3 designated spots, but they have a parking pass to a lot just down the street, very reasonable. Of course there is street parking as well. We loved our room, had everything we needed. Clean, spacious, unique, comfortable bed. The breakfast changes daily and is delicious!!!!! Chef Brandon is amazing!! Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again!"
