"Miranda on the front desk was amazing! I was not feeling well and she made sure if I needed anything. She is the reason my experience in Colorado Springs Marriott was so memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond. In a time when good customer service is hard to find, finding one experience that gains your trust back is refreshing. Thank you Miranda and Marriott! 💯😊"

I felt the rooms and bathroom were a bit minimalistic, missing some small furniture here and there., but intentionally. I would avoid the front facing rooms due to the bright streetlight of the parking lot that continuously shines into the bedrooms. Dark shades are provided though. Brekfast options were available, with price ranging from $5-12 and the staff was really nice. I did feel the muffins were not 100% fresh."
