"My wife and I stayed 7 nights at The Little Nell in the Benedict Suite and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality felt genuine and effortless. Concierge handled everything with ease—reservations, timing, recommendations, logistics—always responsive and proactive. Valet was consistently quick, organized, and friendly. Housekeeping/turndown was immaculate with great attention to detail, and the entire team made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. The food was outstanding across the board—whether dining on property or ordering in, everything was high quality and consistently delivered. Add in the prime location (including ski-in/ski-out access to Aspen Mountain) and you truly understand why this property has the reputation it does. If you want the definition of a 5-star experience in Aspen, this is it."

"The Little Nell Team is what truly makes the Little Nell a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the Little Nell staff greeted us with warm smiles and made check-in effortless. The room was immaculate — crisp sheets, plush pillows, and a lovely city/mountain view with private balcony made opening the curtains each morning a treat. Every amenity we needed was provided, great room technology, a well-stocked minibar, spa-style toiletries, plush robes/towels, fireplace, large table for family game nights/in room dining and most importantly the silence at night allowed us to sleep like babies! Element 47 in room dining was absolutely outstanding — fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs, unbelievable French toast and delicious coffee/latte’s. Ajax tavern kids meals were on point, great fries! The LN concierge team gave us thoughtful local tips / recommendation's that turned an ordinary day into a memorable one. A special thank you to Jonathan (GM) at the helm for clearly having an eye for detail. His staff is well trained in making sure everything you could possibly need is a simple text message away. The valet team - so many great guys, constantly greeting and opening the door, chauffeuring us around town and always making sure we were well hydrated! James and Steven for handling our luggage, thank you. The LN concierge team, for recommending activities and hikes to entertain the kids. Front desk, for periodically checking in on us to make sure our every request had been fulfilled. Housekeeping, truly flawless. Maintenance / engineering department miraculously keeps the hotel looking brand new and functioning. The new fitness center was designed and built perfectly for an on the road workout. Our family 4 pack will absolutely come back, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city of Aspen who appreciates luxurious 5 star accommodations."
