But everything else is great. It was a four stars for me but having someone like Sally at the front desk is a full 10, that’s why this gets a five stars review. "This is one of the cleanest and most hospitable hotel I have stayed. The room were clean and all drawers and couches were open to show cleanliness. The staff, especially Sally at the front desk brings true Aloha and takes care of the guest. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Oh and yes, the personal note in the room from the hospitality staff that set your room ready was amazing. In addition to all that I also received a personalized welcome text.
