"First time in Alaska and the hotel was fantastic. What made the experience great was Melissa G who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She ensured we got a room with a great view and checked in on us throughout the stay. She really went above and beyond for our stay accommodating anything we needed. The rooms are nice with a comfortable bed and many windows to see the views. At the lobby they have a great breakfast buffet as well. If coming to Anchorage this hotel is worth a visit just to see Melissa."
