"Today was my daughter's birthday and that's where she wanted to go. I'm so happy she talked me into going with her. Wow! That resort and spa was fantastic! We enjoyed everything. Kudos to every employee. Definitely good at their job!! Very friendly, great service, and professional. We had a facial, back rub, had lunch, worked out, got in the whirlpool, and shower. That place has it all. Try it!! I guarantee you will love it as much as we did and will go back again and again!!"

"We stayed at the Grand Geneva Resort for a corporate retreat and had an excellent experience. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained, and visiting during the Christmas holidays made it even more special. The resort is decorated throughout, and the lighting displays across the property create a warm and festive atmosphere. The staff was extremely hospitable and attentive throughout our stay, which made a big difference for a group event. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a great setting for both work and relaxation, and I would highly recommend the Grand Geneva for corporate retreats or a holiday getaway."

"We recently stayed here and overall had a really lovely experience. We took full advantage of the spa and wellness amenities. The massage services were fantastic, and the entire wellness building was relaxing. I also used the fitness center, which was clean, well-equipped, and easy to access. The holiday decorations were also so beautiful and it was fun seeing the gingerbread house display. We dined at a few of the on-site restaurants and really enjoyed the food. Solid options and great atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well overall. I went with my mom and we requested rooms close to each other. She lucked out with a gorgeous lake view, while I had a parking lot view, which was probably my only real disappointment. My room was also connected to another by an internal locked door, and the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbors more than I would’ve liked. That said, it was still a great trip overall."
