Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kenosha

"The sole reason I am writing this review is to highlight the quality of service I’ve received over my four night stay here this Thanksgiving. In particular, I have been continually impressed with the care, attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy I have received from Matt. I am assuming he works here in a managerial capacity, and if not, he should be. If he is, he deserves a promotion. In either case, he deserves a raise. Regarding the rest of the review: Room was clean, but dated. If you’re worried about noise- bring a small fan and that will more than suffice to cover any undesired background noise from other guests. There is evidence that the hotel itself is undergoing a significant renovation and this will give new life to this budget friendly area staple. I hope this renovation will extend to the pool, spa, and fitness room amenities as well. Location is excellent for multiple reasons. Rapid access to I-94 as well as rapid access to an excellent Kwik Trip and grocery store (Woodmans) for almost any and every need you could have while traveling makes this a prime, and again, wallet friendlier option for your stay in the area- especially if you have reason to visit Milwaukee and/or Chicago as well."

"This hotel was cheapest in the area i wasn't expecting to 5 Star but i am completely happy here. The Pool and hot tub were comfy, the Cucumber water in the lobby, the staff are always cleaning the lobby and hallways. I didnt see the Mini fridge, microwave or hot tub on hotels.com but they were nice arrivals. The location is in the middle of everything which is a little overwhelming but day 1 is great now when i do my beach days i will comeback here for sure."

"Stayed here for an event in town and the hotel was extremely accommodating of different needs. The breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful/friendly. I did notice a hole in one of the curtains in my room, but the rest of space was well maintained and clean. 5 stars from me!"
