What guests are saying about AmericInn by Wyndham Delafield:
"So I thoroughly read reviews on this hotel prior to my stay so my expectations were...what they were let's say. I checked in around 9pm last night and the check in process was quick and friendly. Okay, sure, the room isn't the most updated with the fanciest tech and amentities. However, what I will say is, given the cost of the room, do I get a safe place to stay, a neat and clean room to sleep in, with complimentary bathing toiletries, and have an absolute banger of a complimentary breakfast? Definitely. Let's dive into the complimentary breakfast for a second. For the amount I paid for this hotel, especially in this economy, I was absolutely impressed by the breakfast. I had scrambed eggs, little breakfast sausages, and rosemary garlic potatoes. I also took a few mandarin oranges. Sometimes mandarin oranges can be dry and disappointing, but these were of the Halos or Cuties quality, good stuff. As I ate the eggs, I literally asked myself, "whoa, are these real eggs? (versus an egg mix, you know the kind)." And the rosemary garlic potatoes even had a bit of a crisp to them which I found to be quite pleasant. In summary, if you're looking for a safe, relatively clean, affordable place to stay for the night would recommend/10."

View on Google"I sat and thought about this one honestly and just had to give this place 5 stars. It shows as 2 stars online but I've stayed at higher-rated places and had a terrible time by comparison. The rooms were tidy and simple, but comfortable. The pool area was clean and empty so we had the place to ourselves (always cool when that happens). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even went as far as to get me singles for the vending machine late at night. Location is right off the freeway and next to the Smiley Barn. :) My only negative was the price, but it is a busy weekend with the fair going on, so I let it slide. Mainly because their breakfast was awesome and really hit the spot. Delicious offerings of eggs, meat, cereals, yogurts, and breads that satisfied the whole family."
