About The Hotel
Tucked in downtown Seattle, this hotel offers a secret weapon for tired travelers: in-room hot tubs that feel like a personal spa retreat. Some suites come with private whirlpools that let you soak away the day’s stress without leaving your room. If you want pure relaxation without walking to a shared hotel spa, these rooms are your perfect match.
Guests really like this place, ranking it #21 out of 119 Seattle hotels on TripAdvisor with a solid 4.5 rating. The rooms are modern and clean, with smart touches that make your stay comfortable. Free WiFi, wheelchair access, and pet-friendly options mean most travelers will find something to appreciate here.
The hot tub rooms are the real star. After exploring Pike Place Market or walking through Pioneer Square, you can return and sink into bubbling warm water. The tubs aren’t huge, but they’re perfect for one or two people to unwind. Pro tip: Ask specifically for a hot tub suite when booking, as not every room has this feature. What guests are saying about Hotel Theodore:
"We had a great 3nights stay. We had the room 1005 and it was perfect. The fitness room was nice and clean (2 bikes, 2 treadmill, weights and stretching areas) with street view. We were able to enjoy a complimentary late checkout! And the location is perfect to enjoy downtown Seattle."

View on Google"The hotel itself and our room were great, but I have to deduct a star for the tiny itty bitty little bathroom that was cramped while there was a ton of unused space in the room the bathroom could have been extended into. Also like every hotel ive ever stayed in, you pull a muscle trying to reach for the TP while on the throne. Why are they all this way?? Who designs these hotel bathrooms to all do this?!"
