"We went to Leavenworth for the first time in August and had a great time. Rooms are very nice with a full kitchenette, fireplace, tv and air contioner. Breakfast was awesome, which is included. The next morning when we went down for breakfast we went to rent some movies and check out the pool. Kardi helped us with the movie rental and some questions about downtown since we had never been there. She has amazing customer service skills and was very helpful. Today September 26th, I called back to find out what their mattresses and pillow brands were due to me sleeping better while there then I have in years, due to pain from an accident from 30 years ago. Again, she was so polite, professional and helpful. Howard Johnson Inn should be proud that they employee such a great employee. This was also the first time staying at a Howard Johnson Inn, but with the experience we had, I can tell you we will be back. Thank you for making our stay so nice 😁"
