"I have stayed at many courtyards and this one is by far one of the best. Excellent service, staff here goes above and beyond. I have no complaints about cleanliness, housekeeping does a great job. I travel alone often and I feel very safe at this hotel. The staff here will ALWAYS ask for an ID when you ask for a replacement key to your room. I have stayed at many places that will simply just hand over a key with out verification. I feel very comfortable knowing they take security seriously here."

View on Google"I want to start off by saying that this location is very well located with lots of restaurants and places surrounding this particular property. The properties nice and clean and well kept up. The front desk customer service was exceptional. I would like to give Ingrid a huge shout out as she provided outstanding customer service and truly went the extra mile with taking care of me. If you ever come to this location, ask for Ingrid, she is awesome! One thing that I did have encounter was dealing with Cristy at The bistro counter. She wasn't so friendly and she looked like she was always mad, her body language is off and her tone of voice with customers were really horrible. I do understand that people have bad days, but this was two days in a row. She was rude to one of the customers that were in front of me and she was extremely rude to me twice in two days. I'm not too sure what's going on in life for her, but her customer service has to improve if she wants to make the bistro employee shine. This is the only negative experience that I had. I don't want to judge Cristy but hopefully she can improve her customer service skills."
