What guests are saying about Executive Residency by Best Western:
"My 6 year-old and I stayed here for 2 weeks due to home plumbing issues and these were my thoughts: The staff of this hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful, even when my daughter spilled cheerios in the elevator. They did not make her feel embarrassed and continued to be patient and kind to her throughout our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were closed during our stay due to mechanical issues. The staff was apologetic and, though it was no fault of theirs, went out of their way to work with a nearby hotel to allow us access to their swimming facilities. Now, onto the breakfast. We never ran out of options for food in the morning! Their breakfast buffet included a yogurt station, a sandwich station, cereal with different milk options, along with your typical breakfast items! On the weekends, though, you can expect other items such as flavored waffle batter and biscuits with gravy. Lastly, the room! We stayed in a 2 queen room which came with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was not optional for us due to our long stay, but it was nearly impossible to find for a reasonable price. This hotel offered a price we couldn't pass up while also having everything we needed to be comfortable. Overall, our stay was better than expected, making us feel more at home than we could have hoped for. Thank you BW team!!"

The staff was great. Dawson at the front desk is very nice and courteous. The employees in charge of keeping the daily breakfast stocked were on point. The cleaning staff were professional. Overnight security guard. Laundromat on the first floor is free. Pool was clean and looked after. Pretty much in any way they can they try to make things as comfortable as possible for their guests. It's not about the flash it's about taking care of folks. I'd happily return if I was ever in the area again. Great stay!"

The pool area was kept tidy and looking in at the spa it seemed nice too. Now can I talk about the amazing breakfast? It had so many choices and it was all very good! There was even all the stuff to make a breakfast sandwich. There were berries and whip cream for the waffles. There were just so many options that I can't list them all. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone staying in Everett."
