"No words can describe the amazing service from this hotel. Check In was easy and fast! The room service food was so good, I did not even leave to go and eat anywhere else. I have never had room service food taste as good as a restaurant made it. It came fresh and hot and the staff were friendly and fixed any issues promptly that could have arised. The Christmas decor was beautiful the hotel room I stayed in was very beautiful and the views were delightful. I would 100% stay here many times in the future for relaxation and rest. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We were celebrating our son’s first birthday as well as my husband’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake waiting in our room at check-in—such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The hotel was very kid-friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. The restaurants and lounges were excellent, and every detail felt intentional and special. We had a truly magical stay and are already planning to return. Highly recommend The Grand America Hotel for a special occasion or a memorable getaway."
